Flexibility for larger guests counts are available depending on overall layout, event design, and reception style.

You’ll be able to walk the estate, get a first look at our progress, and start to envision how your celebration might unfold across the grounds. We are now booking for 2027 & 2028 wedding and wedding weekend dates. Be one of the first to experience the estate in its inaugural season.
Overnight Lodging
Bookings in 2027
Beginning in 2027, all weddings will include a full estate rental with overnight lodging. This shift allows us to offer a more immersive, weekend-long experience for couples and their guests. With six thoughtfully designed guest suites and expanded access to the property, you’ll have time to settle in, host with ease, and make space for meaningful connection all weekend long.

Start your wedding weekend at 11:00 AM by settling into the Historic Home and its six private ensuites. With vendors able to begin setup upon arrival and time reserved for an early ceremony rehearsal.

Following your ceremony rehearsal, enjoy an intimate rehearsal dinner in The Pastures alongside your family and wedding party. Then, extend the festivities with an optional welcome party in The Reception Hall, offering the opportunity to greet and celebrate with all of your arriving guests before the wedding day begins.

Frequently Asked Questions
For weddings and wedding related events, a full-service planner is not required but is strongly recommended. A licensed wedding coordinator is required and must be approved by the venue at least three months prior to the event if they are not on our preferred planner list.
The venue provides an on-site venue manager whose responsibilities are limited to venue operations and serving as a primary point of contact. The venue manager does not perform planning or coordination duties.

Is a planner required?
Yes, you may provide your own alcohol, provided it is served by a licensed and insured bartending company.
The venue is unable to store alcohol overnight for weddings or events. that are not full weekend rentals. You and/or your vendor team will be responsible for the transportation, setup, and cleanup of all alcohol service items.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Not in our inaugural season. Overnight lodging will become a required part of all bookings beginning in 2027. For weddings booked in 2026, for the 2027 year, overnight stays are optional but available in the Historic Home. Additional guest lodging will be available starting in 2027, and minimum guests stays will be required.
Is lodging required?
The estate is ideally suited for weddings and events of 150 guests or fewer, with tables and chairs available to comfortably accommodate your celebration. The Reception Hall can accommodate comfortably 150 guests, with flexibility for larger guests counts depending on overall layout, event design, and reception style.
For larger celebrations, the estate also offers the option of tented events, allowing for expanded guest capacity on the property.
What is the max guest count Nigh River Farms can hold?
You are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors with prior approval. However, we highly recommend selecting from our preferred vendor list for planning, rentals and catering to ensure our standards of hospitality and service are consistently upheld.

Investment ranges from $6,000-$18,500+, depending on date, overnight accommodations in the Historic Home and length of stay. Weekday rates available.
